About the role
This role will be working closely with the IT Team, to provide 2nd line assistance to the wider business.


Responsibilities:


  • To provide 2nd line support through both assigned work, and escalation from the service desk and management
  • Investigate and resolve service desk incidents assigned with speedy fixes ensuring ticketing system is fully updated
  • To provide infrastructure systems assistance including monitoring and maintenance
  • To provide assistance on projects and systems upgrades
  • To provide planned maintenance work both onsite and remotely

The ideal 2nd Line Support Engineer

  • Will have previous experience in a 2nd line support/similar role

Your core technical skills will include:

  • Veeam
  • Azure
  • Intune
