Description
The Role
You will assist the sales team whilst contributing to our sales activities both inbound and outbound, you will be part of a team where Customer Service is key and going above and beyond is second nature.
- Outbound calls, understanding clients' needs and offering solutions to suit, data entry into our CRM system, obtaining Customer feedback and reviews.
- Outbound calls, to existing CRM database to ensure records are current and up to date.
- To assist in maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- To liaise with all departments to ensure customers' requirements are achieved internally.
- To communicate confidently with existing and potential customers in an efficient professional manner regarding product, ranges, and sales orders.
- To carry out any other administrative support within the department when necessary
- Educate prospective customers on the benefits of our products and services
About You
You'll need a good command of the English language as this role will involve high customer interaction both written and verbally.
In summary, you will need to demonstrate:
- Fluency in English both verbally and written
- Excellent telephone and Customer Service skills
- Computer Literate
- The ability to be creative and willingness to diversify within the role.
- That you're up for a challenge and can maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year
