    Job Opportunity:

    We are seeking a seasoned Multi Trade Specialist to join our team.

    • You will be responsible for undertaking day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks in various properties.

    As a successful Multi Trade Professional, you will:

    • Effectively complete repair and maintenance jobs within the designated timeframe.
    • Occasionally undertake first and second fix works in vacant properties as part of the refurbishment programme, along with basic plumbing & joinery tasks.
    • Possess excellent communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service in a customer-facing environment.
    • Emphasize health and safety by ensuring all actions are clearly communicated and recorded.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Repair and Maintenance: Specializing in day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks.
    • Void Refurbishment: Undertaking first and second fix works in vacant properties.
    • Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service in a customer-facing environment.
    • Health and Safety: Emphasizing health and safety by recording and communicating all actions effectively.
