Mechanical and Engineering Consultancy who specialise in the delivery of projects across the North West covering Gas, Electrical and Plumbing are looking for an Mechanical Project Manager who ideally has come from the tools (Gas and Plumbing) and has inrecent years moved into a project manager role running projects, getting involved in business development and quoting for new contracts for growth.

Key duties of the Mechanical Project Manager role will include:

Generating quotes for customers (new and existing) across the Education, NHS, Commercial and large Domestic sector.
Working closely with the Design and Contract team formulating project plans from the precontract stage and then helping to deliver the solution.
Helping to manage the client relationship, identifying and resolving all issues and ensuring the high standards on project delivery are met.
Working effectively when if the office, site or from home.
Ensuring a full understanding of Building Legislation, Gas Regulations, Water Regulations and Health & Safety at Work Act

It is expected the successful Mechanical Project Manager will have the following background

A minimum of 5 years' experience from the Mechanical Services market.
Previous 'On the Tools' experience demonstrating a high level of project delivery
To hold a range of industry recognised qualifications covering Gas, Plumbing and Electrical.

Suitable Home Base Locations - Macclesfield, Buxton, Wilmslow, Stoke on Trent, Knutsford.
