Description
The Paediatric HIV Research Group are seeking to achieve cure in HIV-infected children.

To that end we are looking to recruit a research assistant for 12 months in the first instance to work on this project and define what immune responses can help bring about HIV cure in children.

The study will be conducted in the Peter Medawar Building in Oxford.


You will need to have a broad skill set, with strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work as part of a team.

You will have experience in

(i) evaluating and analysing virus-specific T-cell responses and/or NK cell responses via FACS, ideally in the study of HIV infection; or

(ii) generating and analysis of HIV sequences and/or evaluating viral replicative capacity and function.

This role meets the criteria for a UK Skilled Worker visa.
