Description
We are looking for an admin person to support some of our therapy teams across Hull and East Riding.

The base is in Hull, and there may be some requirement to travel to other bases occasionally. There is the possibility of carrying out some of the work remotely.

The role is varied and incudes using SystmOne to book appointments, task clinicians and to send letters.

It also includes speaking with patients on the phone, taking messages and relaying them to clinicians, booking rooms, sending meeting requests, taking minutes, ordering and stock taking, and provision of general admin support.

The post holder will be a member of City Health Care Partnership Therapies and Rehab portfolio, supporting the Community Rehab teams across Hull and East Riding.

You will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support within a health care center setting.

The work will include support to the Clinical Team Leader's and clinical disciplines and the day-to-day supervision of any junior staff, bank staff or apprentices.

You will be expected to work unsupervised and autonomously.
