Purpose of the Role_

Dometic UK Awnings Ltd is looking to recruit a permanent Sales Administrator to their small, dedicated team.
-
Main Responsibilities_

  • To ensure that all orders are processed quickly, efficiently and despatched on time
  • Process sales orders,payments
  • Sending out invoices, reports and other paperwork
  • Raise credit notes
  • Filing correspondence
  • Interpret incoming orders for products
  • Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Gaining an understanding of the products being sold and highlight any irregularities with the Sales team prior to booking the order
  • Updating customer records
  • Checking stock
  • Organising deliveries
  • Managing warehouse workflows and prioritising orders
  • Providing Customer Services support

Who are we looking for
-
Qualifications and Experience_

  • Previous sales order processing experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English language in grade C or above
