_Purpose of the Role_
Dometic UK Awnings Ltd is looking to recruit a permanent Sales Administrator to their small, dedicated team.
-
Main Responsibilities_
- To ensure that all orders are processed quickly, efficiently and despatched on time
- Process sales orders,payments
- Sending out invoices, reports and other paperwork
- Raise credit notes
- Filing correspondence
- Interpret incoming orders for products
- Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Gaining an understanding of the products being sold and highlight any irregularities with the Sales team prior to booking the order
- Updating customer records
- Checking stock
- Organising deliveries
- Managing warehouse workflows and prioritising orders
- Providing Customer Services support
Who are we looking for
-
Qualifications and Experience_
- Previous sales order processing experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English language in grade C or above
Success Factors_

- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels
