    Job Title: Common Law Qualified Dry Shipping and Trading Disputes Lawyer

    We are a leading trading and shipping company with a significant presence in Geneva.

    As the only lawyer in our Geneva office with expertise in dry shipping and commodities trading, you will be responsible for leading matters from day one and collaborating with similarly qualified lawyers worldwide.

    Our team consists of seven lawyers, with plans to expand further to match business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handling day-to-day trading and dry shipping matters across various commodity products.
    • Structuring and drafting deals, claims/disputes, and commercial work.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE).
    • Common law qualification.
