  • Job Title: Marketing Assistant
  • Department: BA International
  • Reports To: Sales & Marketing Director
  • Location: Northampton
  • Overview:
  • As Marketing Assistant, you will work with the Marketing Manager (UK) to help develop and execute the BA marketing plan whilst taking direct responsibility for a range of marketing activities as detailed below.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following:
  • Job Skills & Experience Required:
  • To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
  • Marketing Campaign Execution
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to plan, budget and schedule the company's Marketing Strategy
  • Plan and implement a regular schedule of enewsletters to both internal stakeholders and customers/prospects
  • Event Management
  • Responsible for organizing and managing the company's sponsorship of Trade Exhibitions in the UK; including cost negotiation with suppliers, stand design / marketing collateral, pre and postevent promotional campaigns and all logistics associated with delivering event objectives
  • Responsible for organizing company run Masterclass events across the UK; including scheduling, venue selection (through 3rd part supplier), preevent promotion, delegate registration/management, organizing marketing collateral, and all associated logistics
  • Supporting the promotion and delivery of events (trade and company) in Holland, as required
  • Digital / Social Media
  • Responsible for updating company website, utilizing the builtin content management system
  • Responsible for planning and delivering the company's Social Media strategy; creating regular content that reinforces the main marketing campaigns and company positioning.
  • Brand
  • Take ownership of marketing collateral management; ensuring all marketing assets are accurately filed and catalogued, and required stock levels are available for ongoing sales activity
  • Administration
  • Ensure projects are completed to budget and inline with overall schedule
  • Ensure customer and prospect databases are kept uptodate
  • Manage marketing function within the company's CRM system.
  • To ensure the sales toolkit is kept up to date, catalogued and managed accordingly
  • Other
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
