Administrator with previous experience of working in
Human Resources.
Role:
Administrator - HR & Management Support
The job role will include
responsibility for the following:
- issuing contracts to employees and third-party subcontractors, ensuring tracking and follow up
- ensuring that all data is uploaded and monitored on our data management system
- management & maintenance of training and competency records
- co-ordinating and procuring venues for training events
- ensuring that onboarding process meets client requirements in relation to security vetting requests
- ensuring that onboarding process is in accordance with laid down due diligence requirements
- responsible for ensuring that the company HR manual is current and up to date
- creating and maintaining HR company procedures & policies in liaison with external professional advisors
- providing administrative support for company appraisal process
- supporting procurement for contracts including providing management information and CV in prescribed formats
- responsible for co-ordinating occupational health assessments
- sourcing CPD opportunities for employees
Requirements:
- experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- proficient in Microsoft Office products
- excellent communication skills in a multi discipline environment
- able to maintain communications with multiple parties working remotely and on site across the UK
- excellent administrative and organisation skills
- proven track record in working remotely

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
