    Travel Money Advisor – Tesco Epping & Harlow

    Job Summary

    This is a part-time position at Tesco Epping & Harlow, working 22 hours per week. The role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers' travel money needs are met.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
    • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on Travelex products and services
    • Engaging with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Delivering on key performance goals both procedurally, operationally, and customer-focused

    Requirements

    • Numerical proficiency: handling large amounts of cash and covering various currencies regularly
    • IT proficiency: dealing with computers and in-house till systems, ordering systems, and receiving full training on our systems
    • Great communication skills: talking with people, building relationships, and understanding customers' needs
    • Desire to succeed: drive, vision, and the ability to make a difference and enjoy what you do

    Interview Process

    1. An initial screening call with a Talent Acquisition Partner or Bureau Manager
    2. An online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, including a numerical and accuracy test
    3. A visit to the bureau for a face-to-face meeting with the Bureau Manager
    4. Clearance of reference check company standards during the onboarding process
