FULL-TIME EMPLOYABILITY TUTOR (UKSPF PROJECT)

Salary is £25,646 - £32,058 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience

37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Fixed term until March 2025

Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential? We are seeking two dedicated Employability Tutors to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our learners.

These roles will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to learners seeking to gain employment or progression in work through the Restart, Reskill, Upskill and Career Advance Projects.

The main duties include offering career guidance and employability skills through 1:1 and group sessions, working with local Job Centres and other external providers, promoting progression opportunities and supporting individuals.
