    Description

    Small Works Manager

    Join our client's team as a Small Works Manager, overseeing projects within the Hampshire County Council framework with an average value of £50,000. This role seamlessly blends technical expertise, commercial acumen, and client engagement to deliver successful small-scale projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and deliver small works projects within the HCC framework, ensuring timely and within‑budget completion.
    • Liaise effectively with clients, understanding their needs and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Price and estimate projects accurately, balancing technical requirements with commercial considerations.
    • Coordinate project activities, resources, and schedules to meet project objectives.
