We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated, team member to work as part of our wound clinic admin team based at our site within Derby City.
This post will include working closely with clinical staff, patients and their relatives and management.
You will need to have a flexible approach to undertake duties and travel to sites in Derbyshire on occasion to support administration functions.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team, knowledge of SystmOne would be preferable but not essential as training will be given.

Be competent and confident to input information/records within guidelines onto SystmOne.
There will be a requirement to work weekends on a rota basis.
Also you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good computer skills and be flexible. A good telephone manner is essential as this will form a large part of this role.
Liaise with patients/carers in order to capture essential information.
To order clinical and non-clinical stock.
In addition, you must have excellent customer care skills, provide efficient and reliable administrative support.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team, knowledge of SystemOne would be preferable but not essential as training will be given.

The main responsibilities of this roles is:
To provide comprehensive administrative support for the nursing team and management.
To have excellent telephone communication skills to be able to correctly and accurately give and receive information with both patients and staff.
