Product Data Analyst - Poole - Salary up to £28,000


A Product Data Analyst is required for our client based in Poole where you will be supporting the supply team with analysing the inventory and ensure all stock ordering processes are maintained.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 8amto 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.


Main responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Inventory Manager to plan and schedule product availability, optimise stock holding and maintain the business's KPI targets
  • Forecast order requirements by using management tools, web portals and Excel
  • Place order requirements to the supplier base
  • Communicate and build a good working relation with the far east office to help expedite & defer orders
  • Assist the Inventory Manager with seasonal stock inputs and monitoring the resolution of service issues
  • Provide support to departments relating to customer requirements and ensure the needs are met

Experience & skills required:

  • Good IT skills are essential specifically within Excel dealing with pivot tables & VLOOKUPS
  • Interest in data with a data analytic background
  • Some experience in Supply Chain environment within a retail environment would be an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive team player
  • Ability to work on own initiative
