**Part Time, 10.5 Hours per Week (0.3 FTE)

Islamic & Middle Eastern Studies, part of the School of Literatures, Languages and Cultures, is seeking to appoint an outstanding Teaching Fellow (UE07) to teach within the framework of the School's courses in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching duties in the department.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • An appropriate degree, with relevant undergraduate and postgraduate teaching experience.
  • Evidence of native or nearnative proficiency in English
- a commitment to high quality teaching and learning
- experience, and demonstrable success, in delivering effective university teaching
- a demonstrable capacity to create teaching material
- a proven record of ability to manage time and to work to strict deadlines
- excellent interpersonal skills
