Finance & HR Intern Full Time to join our five-star, luxurious boutique hotel.

RESPONSIBILITIES*:


  • FINANCE**You will have the opportunity to learn about varies tasks from accounts payable processes, to audits to purchasing operations.
Work with month end task lists and ensure completion

Become aware of our Brand Standards and ensure compliance

Ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices

Be involved in preparation of financial statements


RESPONSIBILITIES*:


  • HUMAN RESOURCES**Build relationships with associates and managers and support as necessary
Promote wellbeing and organize events within the hotel

Ensure associate files are kept up to date and documents are correct and accurate

Support in the onboarding process of new associates

Maintain confidentiality of information, protecting privacy and security of all our associates


Eligibility | Requirement

  • To be considered for an internship, you must be a current college or university student
  • Start Date of the internship 2 October 202
  • Internship Duration 40 weeks and above
  • 40 hours, 5 days a week (3 Days in Finance + 2 Days in HR)

Salary
- £11.00 per hour

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
