We are on the lookout for an exceptional Team Leader to join our client based in Cheltenham.

Working as part of the Customer Service team, the Team Leader will work alongside current Team Leaders and be responsible for coordinating a team of 30 customer service coordinators within their customer service centre.

This role will oversee the planning, and training of our team, ensuring that teams are kept up to date with communication and changes.


This is an exciting and fast paced role, so will suit someone who is eager to succeed individually and set an example to the team.

Previous experience of team leading a KPI driven sales' or customer service team is essential along with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Previous experience of telephony systems is desirable as well as being able to use reporting and data to improve the performance of the team.

Good attention to detail along with solid MS Office skills, this is a really exciting role for someone eager to help the company in its ambitious growth plans.


Every day you will

  • Day to day management of the team, coordinating shifts/rotas, coordinating and embedding new starters into the team
  • Providing support to and working closely with Management and internal departments to deliver an exceptional service to our workers and clients
  • Monitor and support team in delivering performance and ensuring targets are met. Providing weekly/fortnightly 121's
  • Drive customer satisfaction by matching products and services to their personal needs. Spend time building a deep understanding of our customers personal and business requirements.
  • Maintain and grow client database to maximise business opportunities
