The ingredients for success
I am currently looking for bring in a Recruitment administrator into my team. Your daily duties will include making sure all our current roles are advertised on all our job boards. You will assist my team in getting info to our hiring managers. You will aid in the collection of data on a weekly basis plus lots more interesting tasks.
This job is certainly not slow, boring or mundane, you will be busy, and no day will be the same.
What's in it for you
This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
You will be based in our North Leeds office Leeds office but there will be the opportunity to work part of your time from home.
The salary is £25,000 plus lots of other benefits including pension, lots of discounts and much more.What you'll be doing
- Updating and posting job adverts daily
- Assisting hiring manager with any recruitment queries
- Assisting the Resourcing team on daytoday administrative workload
- Collecting data on a weekly and monthly basis for reports
- Preparation of PowerPoint reports
Qualifications and experience needed
- Ideally you will have strong administrative experience
- You MUST know your way around MS Office products including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- You will be happy to work on documents throughout the day our priority is to make sure every vacancy we have is properly advertised as soon as possible to make sure we get the best people joining our business
- You must not be afraid to pick up the phone and call applicants to book them in for interviews when needed
