Description

We are seeking a Run Manager to join our SaaS & Cloud Services Team to oversee the level of service being delivered to our clients, ensuring SLAs, continuous improvements and customer relationships are aligned with our commitments and values.


Sopra Banking Software power over 25% of all UK mortgages and enable half of all UK building societies to deliver leading Savings and Digital experiences to millions of customers.


Reporting into our Service Manager, Run Managers work across a portfolio of clients, ensuring we deliver mortgage processing and other services to financial institutions throughout the UK.


Location:
Sheffield office base with flexible hybrid working


Salary:
£50,000-£60,000 per annum


Run Manager Responsibilities:


  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Manage execution of our contractual commitments relating to service quality, including the regular reporting to both client and internal stakeholders.
  • Own service improvement plans where necessary, ensuring clear objectives & action plans are in place.
  • Manage customer requests, incidents, and releases, ensuring internal standards and policies are being met.
  • Ownership of the Clients service calendar, covering service events, such as DR, Pen Testing, Patching & upgrades.
  • Play an active stakeholder role in new projects, representing our customer's interests and ensuring service readiness measures are met ahead of golive.

Run Manager Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a service management environment which covers all, or most of the responsibilities above.
  • Experience in service contract management, including billing, service reviews, and improvement plan management
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes &
  • Experience in incident management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Requirements:


  • Banking business and processes basis
  • ITIL Practitioner certification (or above)
