craftsmanship led insulation solutions for
period and listed properties.


Our mission is to significantly reduce carbon emissions, energy consumption and cost of heating Britain's older homes whilst conserving our national architectural heritage.


Role and responsibilities


In this role you will be part of the management team, responsible for the development of a skilled, motivated and capable workforce required to maintain our high standards of craftsmanship, customer service and operational efficiency and to drive our company growth.


You will be charged with the management of staff retention and career development of our existing 70+ staff, as well as the recruitment, onboarding, retention and training of new staff as required to develop our 'company family' in keeping with our values and ethics.


About you
You will ideally be educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and will have:

  • Proven experience in talent management, skills development, and people management.
  • Strong understanding of training and development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in HR systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for our environmental mission and architectural heritage
