Description
A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join their team on a remote working basis.

The purpose of this role is to ensure all necessary compliance policies and procedures are in place and in accordance with relevant legislative requirements.


The responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Handling conflicts of interest matters and leading on commercial clearances
  • Handling protection of confidential information issues
  • Carrying out document security processes and implementing information barriers
  • Drafting engagement terms
  • Handling data protection queries
  • Assisting with internal audits
  • Reviewing internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Opening new matters and assessing compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct
  • Assisting with compliance projects
