Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service and Support Team member to join our small office team.


Responsibilities include:

  • Inputting & processing customer orders & quotations onto a computer system using Sage
  • Dealing with customers enquiries/queries on the telephone
  • Communicating with warehouse staff
  • Planning transport delivery routes
  • Updating of customer information
  • Credit Control
  • General Office Admin
  • Assisting with Accounts Queries

Our Working hours are Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm Friday 8am-4pm


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£20,000.00-£23,500.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
