Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service and Support Team member to join our small office team.
Responsibilities include:
- Inputting & processing customer orders & quotations onto a computer system using Sage
- Dealing with customers enquiries/queries on the telephone
- Communicating with warehouse staff
- Planning transport delivery routes
- Updating of customer information
- Credit Control
- General Office Admin
- Assisting with Accounts Queries

Our Working hours are Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm Friday 8am-4pm
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£20,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
