3- We're looking for a Head of Strategic Change Programmes who can lead and mentor a group of exceptional Project Managers, reporting directly into the Strategic Change Director.

Our Strategic Change team are focused on delivering the Product & Tech critical strategy roadmap items, ranging from platform migrations, and new market expansions, to significant compliance programmes of work.

Your role within the team

  • You will be responsible for collating and aligning the requirements coming from the multiple functions and ensuring that we have a clear and singleminded view across all departments of our strategic initiatives. A key element of the role will be to deliver key change programmes as part of our Product & Technology strategic plan. You will also be responsible for ensuring a quality programme management service is delivered to a variety of senior stakeholders.
  • You'll also:
  • Lead a team of Project Managers, setting best in class practices. (RAID, Scoping, Stakeholder management, finances, process mapping, dependency management etc)
  • Identify and manage mitigation for programme level risks
  • Design and deliver a clear roadmap of activities to achieve our strategic plan.
  • Work closely with the Director of Strategic Change to align on activities across the whole Strategic Change Programme.
  • Expert Project Management of complex migration projects with technical awareness.
  • Measure and track the success criteria for our change initiatives and support the company on illustrating the benefits of the strategic changes we are making.

Skills needed

  • We're looking for someone with extensive project management experience and organizational skills with an orientation to being data and research led in your thinking.
  • You'll have a proven track record of working in a matrix structure and collaborating with a wide network of colleagues

In addition, you'll have:

  • Experience on delivering and completing successful change programs.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, ability to think strategically and critically in developing efficient approaches to change.
  • Experience in managing significant change programs for medium or large businesses.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to a senior level and have the ability to articulate our strategic vision to the business.
  • Ability to translate complex challenges into easy to digest workable solutions.
  • Fast paced and agile in thinking, supporting a rapid and efficient delivery of change through all areas of the business.

Desirable Skills

  • Software delivery experience
  • AWS Cloud experience
