About The Role:

Job Title:
Nightshift Cleaning Operative

Site:
Bon Accord Centre, Aberdeen

Reports to:
Facilities Manager

£12.57 per hour 42 hours (7 days on, 7 off) Permanent position

Purpose of the role
***
Duties

To ensure public areas are clean and tidy for customers
Use of cleaning machines including cobotics
To ensure the control room is clean and tidy
To secure premises
To have an excellent knowledge of the shopping centre and car parks to deal with customer enquiries
To liaise with centre management and colleagues to ensure clear and consistent communication
To carry out duties in accordance with instructions issued by centre management
To maintain a safe & friendly environment for all visitors
To complete regular security patrols ensuring the site is safe and secure
To effectively monitor CCTV and liaise with police control room, as necessary
Relevant cleaning experience
Eye for detail
Good communication skills
Selfdisciplined and ability to work on own initiative
Positive & professional attitude
Reliable
Excellent customer service
