Property Solutions is a leading property management company primarily specialising in the student rental market and looking to expand operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct viewings of properties and provide feedback to landlords.
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
- Keep up to date with the local property market.
- Provide advice on legal matters related to tenancy agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for properties.
- Working closely with the lettings team to achieve individual and team targets
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Lettings Negotiator, preferably within a similar role or a strong back ground in sales and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and legislation surrounding lettings
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to achieve successful outcomes for both landlords and tenants
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanour
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence and access to own transport is desirable.
