Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills? If so, we want to hear from you


Property Solutions is a leading property management company primarily specialising in the student rental market and looking to expand operations.

We are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct viewings of properties and provide feedback to landlords.
  • Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
  • Keep up to date with the local property market.
  • Provide advice on legal matters related to tenancy agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for properties.
  • Working closely with the lettings team to achieve individual and team targets

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Lettings Negotiator, preferably within a similar role or a strong back ground in sales and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and legislation surrounding lettings
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to achieve successful outcomes for both landlords and tenants
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanour
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Valid driving licence and access to own transport is desirable.
