Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work with a Facilities Management company.About the job:
- It's a shift rotation, covering days, nights, weekends etc.
- 7 days in a 2week period mixture of days and nights.
- Shifts are approx 11.5 hours long.
- Working every other weekend
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through the delivery of easytouse accessible services and ensure quality outcomes for customers.
- Support the delivery of effective and efficient operational service and assist team leaders with any performance management requirements.
- Ensure adherence to key metrics linked to maximising productivity, improved quality and KPIs.
- Provide advice and information on a range of services as required.
About you:
- Working in the office (must live within travel distance to NE12).
- Experience using a wide range of ICT systems including Microsoft Office.
- Able to work in a team and performance management.
- Excellent communication & organization skills.
