Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work with a Facilities Management company.


About the job:


  • It's a shift rotation, covering days, nights, weekends etc.
  • 7 days in a 2week period mixture of days and nights.
  • Shifts are approx 11.5 hours long.
  • Working every other weekend

Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service through the delivery of easytouse accessible services and ensure quality outcomes for customers.
  • Support the delivery of effective and efficient operational service and assist team leaders with any performance management requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to key metrics linked to maximising productivity, improved quality and KPIs.
  • Provide advice and information on a range of services as required.

About you:


  • Working in the office (must live within travel distance to NE12).
  • Experience using a wide range of ICT systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work in a team and performance management.
  • Excellent communication & organization skills.
