    Job title: In-House Counsel

    Description

    As an experienced lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our funds. Your expertise in institutional funds and private wealth management will be instrumental in driving business growth.

    This position is ideal for professionals with depth in fund establishment, distribution, and management. A strong understanding of UCIs and private wealth management products is highly desirable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing strategies for fund product establishment, distribution, and management
    • Covering a broad range of private markets products for institutional and UHNW clients

    Requirements:

    • Exceptional academic track record
    • 4-7 years PQE experience in asset management and private funds
    • A proven track record in-house - secondments considered
    • Must have qualified into a top-ranked funds practice
