Synaptik are a rapidly expanding Healthcare company and we have a new opportunity for an Administration Assistant / Trainee Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment team, located at our office here in Dunfermline.


To succeed in this role, you will need to be methodical, logical and determined, with a good sense of urgency and purpose.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm


Role Responsibilities:

  • Contact referees for all Healthcare Professionals to ensure they are capable of carrying out assignments with Synaptik
  • Collate the reference response and update management systems accordingly
  • Approve or seek further approval from Senior Management on all references
  • Assist with screening of prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
  • Assist in achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month

Person Specification:

  • Minimum 6 months Administration experience
  • Have excellent attention to detail and ability to cope with multiple requests
  • Demonstrate reliability, flexibility & adaptability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have a proactive attitude
  • Analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • A team player

£19,838 - £22,000 per year
