Synaptik are a rapidly expanding Healthcare company and we have a new opportunity for an Administration Assistant / Trainee Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment team, located at our office here in Dunfermline.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be methodical, logical and determined, with a good sense of urgency and purpose.
Role Responsibilities:
- Contact referees for all Healthcare Professionals to ensure they are capable of carrying out assignments with Synaptik
- Collate the reference response and update management systems accordingly
- Approve or seek further approval from Senior Management on all references
- Assist with screening of prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
- Assist in achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month
Person Specification:
- Minimum 6 months Administration experience
- Have excellent attention to detail and ability to cope with multiple requests
- Demonstrate reliability, flexibility & adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a proactive attitude
- Analytical abilities and attention to detail
- A team player

£19,838 - £22,000 per year
