INTERNAL SALES PERSON JOB DESCRIPTION
The position will be office based but will also involve some face-to-face contact.

Main duties will be dealing with customer enquiries and generating quotations.


Daily Activities
Dealing with customer enquiries - Answering queries, giving technical information, delivery confirmation.

Sales follow up - Contacting customers after quotation, re contacting older customers, converting quotations.

Analysis - Analysis of increasing/decreasing sales with other sales staff, attending sales meetings.


Qualities Required
Good telephone manner, problem-solving ability, ability to build customer relationships.

Awareness of different material - aluminium grades, stainless steel, mild steel, bronze, copper, plastics. (Training will be provided)

Ability to read and interpret drawings.

Knowledge of/ability to learn about waterjet cutting process.

Knowledge of CAD is preferred however, training will be provided.

Enthusiasm to take the company forward.

All training will be provided (in house).


Salary and Conditions
Office based pm Monday - Thursday pm Friday (39 hours)

Basic salary £22,500 plus overtime. Flexible attitude required during busy periods.
