£21,640 - £ inclusive of shift allowance) based on 37.5 hours

Full/Part time evening shift options available within our opening hours 8am-10pm Monday-Friday; 8am-6pm Saturday & 9am-5pm on Sunday._

What will I do as a Customer Service Advisor?_
- _Take inbound calls from potential and existing customers, dealing with car, van and home insurance queries_
- _Maintain high standards for our own and partnership brands_
- _Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer first time, every time_
- _Take responsibility for our customers and provide resolutions_
- _Take ownership for your development within BGLi_
- _Be determined to succeed and accountable for results, for yourself and the business_
- _Act with drive, pace and passion_
- _Follow system and procedural processes to ensure compliance with the FCA_

What does it take to be a Customer Service Advisor?_

  • It doesn't matter if you've never worked in a contact centre or within an insurance environment before, we will provide you with a comprehensive training programme, all we ask is for the following _
- _Ideally six months experience working within a customer service environment, this could be from a variety of backgrounds including retail, contact centre and hospitality (face to face, by phone or in written form)_
- _A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service_
- _Strong written and verbal communication skills_
- _Demonstrate responsibility for customer concerns and resolution_
- _Excellent time management and attention to detail_
- _Good numeracy and literacy skills_
- _Proven record for setting own goals and monitoring own performance_
