Travel Risk Coordinator
NGS (Northcott Global Solutions Ltd), a leading global risk management company specialising in medical assistance, tracking, travel, security risk management, and evacuations, is looking for a passionate and skilled Tracking Risk Coordinator to join our Security Tracking & Risk Management department team in London.

The new Travel Risk Coordinator will be a team player, comfortable with response planning and working irregular hours.The position will need the confidence to speak at senior client level and the diligence to direct personnel when required.

Salary
Initial salary of £27,500 pa rising to£30,000 pa upon successful completion of a 6 month probation period.
Hours of Work
- 6 on 6 off shiftbased roster hrs (3 days hrs (3 nights)
As a Travel Risk Coordinator, your purpose and responsibilities will be:
Purpose of job:
- Serve as a team member in the NGS operations centre providing 24hr support to global clients.
- Frontline response to emergencies for our NGS client base.
- Management and oversight of ongoing client deployments, travel and security operations.
Accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Intricate knowledge of NGS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Incident/Emergency Procedures.
- Provide security advice and guidance to clients globally.
- Monitor and support management of security operations.
- Respond to crisis events around the world to keep clients safe, including if immediate lifesaving advice protocols.
- Operational control, device set up, platform & IT integration & direct support to all client needs, bespoke requirements for all emergencies, alarms, escalations and assistance.
- Direct support to Core Business Ops team.
Tasking's to include but not limited to:
Operational control & coordination of emergency international medical and security incidents (such as evacuations).
- Ability to monitor global events, alerting and assisting clients in a proactive and reactive manner.
- Thorough understanding and interrogation of operational techniques and procedures, and the integration of all devices, travellers and itineraries onto the relevant systems enabling accurate targeted response within commercial requirements and boundaries.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of the GPRS/GSM/GPS and Satellite tracking software, hardware, monitoring and reporting platforms of all client platforms, contracts, services & billing amounts.
- Ensure operational records are completed correctly; to satisfy internal and external audits, these critically include export control regulations and restrictions.
- Responsible for collating information in order to produce case studies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Ability to work within a dynamic response team in a challenging environment.
- Ability to read, comprehend and organise taskings and client requests.
- Excellent verbal, communication and writing skills.
- Attention to detail and client focused.
Desirable
- Experience of providing wider security and risk management services.
- A second language (or willing to study and improve competence).
