We have an exciting opportunity for a person looking to start their career within the motor industry as a Trainee Customer Consultant.

As a Trainee Customer Consultant you will work with the wider team to ensure that we provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

You will assist with general showroom activities, engaging with customers, managing phone calls and social media queries and keeping data up to date.

You will also have the opportunity to assist the customer with understanding our unique in-car technology. As part of the traineeship you will participate fully in all scheduled activities including the sessions at the Academy, keep all your learning logs up to date and ensure that you are prepared for your learning reviews with your manager and mentor

Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
