We are looking for a confident self-starter, with a positive 'can do' attitude, to join our team as a
Customer Service Coordinator; liaising with internal and external customers, to ensure smooth delivery of equipment servicing and planned maintenance, on-time, every time.


Working as part of a small team you must be efficient and effective, highly organized, tenacious, fun, not frightened of hard work, and going the extra mile should be instinctive.

Job purpose
To establish and nurture positive and meaningful relationships with internal and external customers, and to ensure exceptional customer experiences


Key duties

  • Processing customer callout requests
  • Creating and coordinating site access permits
  • Coordinating engineer and subcontractor jobs
  • Processing engineer job sheets
  • Ordering spare parts and coordinating delivery
  • Service repair quotations and billing
  • Managing engineer schedule

Experience

Essential

  • Working with complex information
  • Administrative experience gained in a fastpaced environment
  • ERP Systems (Ideally HANSA)
  • Order processing

Desirable

  • CRM Systems
  • Customer Service and/or Call Centre
  • Field Service Coordination or Management

Skills and qualifications

Essential

  • Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy
  • Experienced Microsoft Office Suite user
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident and articulate communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • Aptitude for learning new skills and/or systems

Desirable

  • Touch Typing
Customer Service qualifications


Notes

  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends within the oncall rota
  • Additional duties when required
  • Would suit a motivated and positive person who relishes a challenge

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
Up to £21,000.00 per year
