Apto Solutions are a data and cyber B2B consultancy business based in Clifton, Bristol. Established in 2004, we work for a range of blue-chip customers across the UK and Europe.

We are specialist consultants helping our clients maintain, build and monitor their security and IT Operations.

Our team of consultants provide professional services from advisory through to engineering roles, as well as support and managed services.


Over the past months we have invested effort to generate content explaining what we do and how we do it, to both existing and new clients.

This marketing continues to drive and generate leads and the opportunity to cultivate them.


The Role

Specific activities include:


  • Creation of lead generation with scope to use external resource and its management
  • Manage leads pipeline and progressing them
  • Presenting the value proposition and qualification of the leads into qualified pipeline
  • Working with marketing
  • Identify opportunities and targets through your own contact with clients
  • Manage all of the above in our CRM
  • Shadowing our Client Services Managers to better understand our value and client requirements
  • Managing existing relationships and lead generation with select existing partner clients
This opportunity allows for growth into a field role/Client service role or other areas in the business.


The Person

  • Customer focused
  • Some prior experience (minimum 1218 months) in internal sales or marketing
  • Great Communicator
  • Can manage a plan, including focus on goals and build relationships
  • Will be familiar with a CRM and Sales tools
  • Be selfmotivated with attention to detail
  • Always pushing to learn more
Salary is dependent on experience with an excellent commission scheme. We offer 25 days holiday p.a.

£25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
