Description
Our Client is looking for developers who are passionate about delivering high quality software. Working on multiple internal and customer facing systems, working across all areas of our business. Working as part of a team of 10 Developers/Software Engineers.Technical team is approx. 20 in total
Duties
- Writing software using C#, T-SQL and web languages (HTML, CSS, etc)
- Working with product managers and business experts to understand requirements
- Investigating software issues and implementing fixes where necessary
- Working as a team to find optimal solutions to any problems the business is trying to overcome
- Suggesting ways the software could streamline business operations and make them more efficient
Experience
- Two or more years commercial experience writing software using C# and.
NET
- If you are passionate about becoming a developer/software engineer and do not have the relevant commercial experience but can display exceptional knowledge and portfolio of work then a more junior role could be considered within the team.
- Good understanding of web languages (HTML, CSS, etc)
- Good numeracy
- Strong problemsolving skills
Additional Skills which would really be of interest
- Good understanding of T-SQL
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure
- Examples of personal software projects
- Knowledge of consumer finance
