Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales ledger, processing invoices promptly and accurately.
- Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Assist in credit control activities, maintaining healthy debtor balances.
- Provide accurate reports and data analysis to support financial decisionmaking.
- Uphold financial procedures and compliance with regulations
The Successful Applicant:
- Proven experience in a similar finance role, preferably within a sales ledger or accounts receivable capacity.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
