Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the sales ledger, processing invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Assist in credit control activities, maintaining healthy debtor balances.
  • Provide accurate reports and data analysis to support financial decisionmaking.
  • Uphold financial procedures and compliance with regulations

The Successful Applicant:


  • Proven experience in a similar finance role, preferably within a sales ledger or accounts receivable capacity.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
