Atkinson Moss have been engaged to assist our client recruit into their finance leadership team, in the position of Head of Finance.

This is a diverse and challenging position, and will influence the short
- and long-term financial planning of this unit,identifying opportunities for process remodelling and proposing the implementation of change to improve efficiency whilst providing insight to the business financial strategy.

We are looking for you to contribute a blend of professional training, commercial experience and financial knowledge to the position, highlighted by;

  • Recognised professional finance / accounting qualification and ongoing membership, including ACCA, ACA or equivalent
  • Significant experience within a senior finance position, demonstrating commercial acumen with an emphasis on financial due diligence, financial modelling, and business planning.
  • Ability to think strategically, assessing information and impact affecting local and wider business teams.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with and presenting information to senior management including directors and the board.
  • Capable providing input to business strategy.
