Are you a Site Manager looking to join a contractor working on modular projects? Are you looking to join a nationwide contractor & play an integral part in their ongoing success? Then this could be the role for you

A very well established modular building contractor with a great reputation for quality are looking to recruit several Site Managers for various projects across the UK.

The Role:

As an experienced Modular Site Manager you will be the appointed person to lead a team of staff, as well as subcontractors and suppliers.
You will the ensure safe, timely, and highquality completion of each project assigned.
You will be the main point of contact for the Customer.
Construction sites can be anywhere nationwide
The role will involve programming works on site and complying with Quality and Health and Safety standards and managing subcontractors.
You will chair prestart meetings and manage site budgets and maintain site records.
A Full-Time role, at a variety of sites throughout the UK.

About You:

The successful applicant must have Site Manager experience.
You will ideally have experience in Groundworks, as well as modular build.
Excellent communication skills,
It is essential to have an SMSTS and 1st Aid qualification, as well as a driving licence. Modular or Prefabricated build project experience. CSCS certified.
