Description

Our client is a successful, well-established, independent estate and letting agent based across Wiltshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. They're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their Witney Office.

Working Hours:

As a Senior Property Manager, you'll be required to work full-time.

The successful Senior Property Manager will be offered:

£33,000 Basic Salary

- £50,000 OTE

To be considered for the Senior Property Manager role, you must have the following attributes:

Manage an individual portfolio of properties
Developing longstanding business relationships with Landlords
Appointment and monitoring of contractors on behalf of landlords and overseeing works
Chasing rent arrears
Process checkouts and deposits promptly
Conduct audits and analyses on processes and KPIs.
Property inspections, checkouts, and inventories
