Description
To provide facilitation and administrative support to the Deputy Service Line Managers within the Medical Imaging Service Line.

This will include collating information to support business cases for equipment, assist with the maintenance of equipment and governance data, and be responsible for managing, maintaining, and providing training the Service Lines document/competency control system Q-Pulse.

This post will also support the service line's compliance (CQC/IR(ME)R) processes.

  • To support the Governance and Deputy Service Line Managers in the delivery of aspects of Quality Improvement, Clinical Governance and Equipment Management
  • To maintain overall management of the Service Line's document control system Qpulse
  • To provide training to all teams in the use of the Service Line's document control system Qpulse
  • Support service line in delivery/maintenance of compliance with IR(ME)R/CQC Requirements
  • To maintain oversight and facilitation of essential tasks to support compliance with Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations (IRMER)
  • Provide project support in the delivery of key strategic developments such as Future Hospitals, Cavell Centre and Community Diagnostic Hub
