Description

Carry out cleaning & repairs to gutters & rainwater goods on domestic properties, plus repairs to soffits & fascia's as required.

This will involve working at height from ladders and on scaffold, plus the use of a sky-vac to clear gutters

Working Hours:
Mon-Thu 8am to 4pm, Fri 8am to 3.30pm

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team.

As a Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

This is a vital role in our organization, as you will contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.


Duties:


  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve any issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical malfunctions
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Utilize logic controllers to diagnose and address equipment problems
  • Weld or fabricate parts as needed for repairs
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Experience:


  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation
  • Welding experience is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise others effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
