dunnhumby is looking for an
Insights Enablement Lead to join the team on a permanent basis.

The role will be responsible for the enablement of sales and measurable customer-first value creation for a specific capability area, consisting of a portfolio of products and services.

You will be expected to provide expertise in one or more capability area to support the insights function and to maximize both revenue and value creation.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Ensure products and services available to clients have distinctive usecases and effective processes for creation of value.
  • Define client targeting criteria to enable identification of new opportunities, whilst supporting the team to constantly evolve sales discovery competency linked to the capability area.
  • Create or maintain sales collateral for the products within the capability area, and ensure access to relevant materials.
  • Coordinate efforts of champions and Natural Work Teams to build a repository of case studies, demonstrating how the products have been used to create value, and translating these to sales support collateral where applicable.
  • Develop broad understanding of the capability area as it applies to CPGs and Retailers to define potential areas of collaboration.
  • Engage with the Retailer to develop processes for value creation, communicate success stories, and build confidence in the products/services offered to CPGs.

  • Ensure efficient utilization of our full suite of products to build strong insights, stories, and projects, demonstrating value and driving enhanced usage and renewal of product
  • Manage risk effectively, provide visible and consistent leadership on our Values and Code of Business Conduct and act where you see issues.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Experience in data analysis and insights storytelling
  • Experience in establishing processes to create mutual value
  • Experience or strong understanding of specified capability area
  • Strong understanding of or prior experience in the Retail/CPG industry
  • Relevant work experience
