An excellent opportunity for a Junior Human Resources Business Partner to join a leading financial services firm.


The role is ideal for someone who is looking to make the step up into a HRBP role and to manage some interesting and meaningful HR projects.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the wider business partnering team in the deliverance of activities across the employee lifecycle
  • Be a point of contact for business managers, supporting and advising on HR related matters.
  • Managing employee relations cases and partnering with the legal department when needed.
  • Support the configuration and implementation of the new HRIS roll out.
  • Consulting senior leadership to configure and manage performance and compensation review process.
  • Manage the employee benefit programmes.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures.
  • Use internal data and metrics to create and draft reports.
  • Take ownership of HR initiatives and HR Projects.
  • Work alongside managers and talent teams to strategise and develop hiring plans to meet company growth plans and business objectives.

Skills and Experience required:

  • 5+ Years of experience in a HR role ideally within financial services, wealth management or private equity industries.
  • Confidence in handling and manipulating data for wider company reporting and presentations.
  • Confidence in ability to gain buyin from stakeholders quickly and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • CIPD qualified to level five, or equivalent university degree ideally.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in using MS Office.
