Community Site Supervisor
to join their team based in Barnsley.
You will join us on a part-time (25 hours), permanent basis
, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,344 - £30,151 per annum (pro-rata) plus benefits.**

The Community Site Supervisor role:

We're looking for a Site Supervisor to have specific responsibility for the operational management of the
Residential site, including lettings, assisting in income collection and debt control, adherence to licence regulations and enforcement, caretaking including grass cutting and maintenance and administration.

You'll also work with relevant agencies to facilitate appropriate services being delivered to residents on the site.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Community Site Supervisor:

Carry out daily inspections of the site providing a pro-active approach to emerging issues, breaches of licence regulations, assessment of environmental condition and security checks
Be operationally responsible for the termination of tenancies on the site including checking the pitch
As part of the 'sign up' process of new tenants, to welcome new tenants to the site; explain roles and responsibilities; explain use of amenities including cables and meters; provide 'signposting' service for other services including Benefits
Respond to any incidents of unauthorised occupation of the site and take appropriate action
Be responsible for income and arrears management working with the Income Management Team in respect of rent, rechargeable repairs and visitors rents
Provide support to site residents which can include sensitive issues and make links with other providers, (e.g., Health Visitors and Education) to ensure tenants are not excluded from services available
Ensure the site is kept clean, tidy and in a safe condition by cutting grassed areas using machinery available including mower, hedge cutters, strimmer's; removing any litter; checking gulley's (unblocking where feasible) etc and taking appropriate action
Carry out initial investigations into complaints and take appropriate action to resolve
