We have an amazing opportunity to join an international payment start-up as a Customer Service and Operations Associate/Customer Success. This is a small team where teamwork and enthusiasm are very important.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
This is a customer-facing role wherein you will have contact with people all across the world. No two days will be the same. This is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and seeing a project through from start to finish.

Duties include.

Processing international payments and having to highlight anomaly payments which could be fraud
Working with the business to improve process and service levels
Rolling your sleeves up to be involved with the wider business areas where needed This is a small team with lots of internal exposure.

WHO YOU ARE

This role is perfect for someone who has recently graduated, has an interest in tech and is eager to learn.

To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills.

Strong academics are essential
Conversational Spanish is essential
Logical, passionate, and motivated
Attention to detail
