With sites in Coventry, Scarborough, London and Poland we are looking for individuals to join our Course Support team within Registry supporting multiple stakeholders across all of our locations.

The post holder can be based at either our CU Coventry, CU Scarborough or CU London locations.

We are looking for two Clerical Assistants to join us here in the Registry team. We live and breathe a passion for supporting CU Group on all matters concerning student and course support.

We work hand-in-hand with our academic colleagues and our students, ensuring their academic journeys are excellent in every respect - from their first enrolment right through to graduation.

We need people who are energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

You will be working in a fast-paced department and will be trained on University procedures and regulations, and in the best ways to support staff and students.


Are you:


  • Someone with customer service experience looking for your next role in administration? We're looking for people with strong IT skills to support with the departments administrative needs and who are able to follow procedures with an eye for exceptional customer experience.
  • Someone with good attention to detail? We need people who can follow procedure with the upmost attention to detail, relay information to academic colleagues and students and manage student queries accurately in a timely fashion.
  • A team player? We need people who can join our existing team and work collaboratively to ensure we meet competing deadlines and priorities.
  • A good communicator? We believe communication is key both within the team and to our stakeholders. You will need to provide accurate information and guidance to staff and students so we're looking for people with good customer service skills.
  • Always looking to improve? We're looking for people with professionalism and flexibility who support our approach to continuously improve processes. We'll support you through training, guidance and development opportunities.
  • Tech 'savvy'? we need people who are comfortable with the MS Office suite, know their way around a Word document and spreadsheet, and keen to become an expert in our business systems, including our student enquiries software.
