Requirements:

Social Work England Registration
Extensive Adults Social Work Experience
Experience of working with older people, people with disabilities, and long term health conditions and their carers.
Knowledge of the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act

This local authority based on the Hampshire/Surrey border is seeking an experienced
Social Worker to be part of
Hospitalteam.

The teams priority is to protect the most vulnerable, whilst making a positive difference to the lives of older people.

Working closely with our service users, their families and our partner agencies, we work proactively to encourage independent and safeliving within the community and put the people within the county at the heart of our decision-making.

You'll provide support, advice and direction to Senior Case Workers on complex cases.

With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you'll develop excellent relationships with colleagues, other professionals and the people who use our services.

Working alongside other professionals in a supportive space, you'll have lots of opportunities to collaborate and share learning with peers, whilst building positive relationships with older adults through your reviews in the community.
