Account Executive - EdTech Startup - Fantastic Opportunity - London / Hybrid Working - £35k - £45k (c£55k+ OTE) + benefits

We're looking for a proactive, motivated and confident
Account Executive to join an exciting EdTech startup in Central London.

The
Account Executive will be intrinsic to helping drive growth in the UK, and internationally in the future.

You will be given the best possible opportunities by the Sales Development Representative, but will also be expected to proactively source your own qualified leads and to create and implement your own annual sales plan.

Key responsibilities as the Account Executive will include:

  • Focusing on new business to help the company to grow
  • Working closely with the SDR team to identify potential customers
  • Booking new business meetings
  • Conducting business meetings online and facetoface, converting prospects into customers
  • Managing your pipeline of prospects in the CRM
  • Building solid relationships with clients and prospects
  • Negotiating and closing the deal

What we're looking for:


  • Demonstrable success in sales, account management, telesales or business development roles
  • Excellent communication skills (fluent English required) with the ability to build solid business relationships, negotiate and seal the deal
  • Happy to undertake cold calling
  • Passionate about sales, focused and driven to succeed
  • Proactive, persistent, energetic and resilient attitude
  • Smart, creative and able to think rapidly on your feet
  • IT literate with a love of using technology
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial organisation
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highenergy environment
