    Description

    A prestigious country house hotel is seeking an accomplished Sous Chef to join its culinary team. This stunning 4-star establishment operates a fine dining restaurant, a separate eatery for lunches and afternoon teas, and a bar serving light meals.

    The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience working in busy, award-winning hotels with diverse dining operations and banqueting services. As a seasoned Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:
